Lucas Schrodl

Lucas is one of Xcede’s Associate Directors of the Data Team, working across roles in the Data Science, ML and Big Data Engineering space. Lucas currently specialises in placing Data Science and Big Data candidates across Germany. As one of our bilingual consultants, Lucas has spent the last 3 years building an exceptional network of Data talent, as well as nurturing client relationships across Germany, so he is very well connected in the DACH market. After joining Xcede as a Consultant in 2018, Lucas soon worked his way up from Trainee to Sales Manager in just 3 years, illustrative of the outstanding level of service he delivers his candidates and clients.
