​Kit is Xcede’s Principal Consultant recruiting across the DACH markets. Although he started his career working in Programmatic advertising, Kit soon moved into recruitment in 2018 when he realised that talent acquisition was his passion. Working primarily across roles in the Data Science and BI space, Kit is a focused, motivated, and industry-aware consultant who delivers unique talent solutions tailored to his client’s specific business needs.
