Role Overview
As the Head of Identity and Access Management, you'll play a pivotal role in our information security organization. Your mission: reshape and drive the vision for IAM across our business. Coorperate with senior leadership, technology, operations, and support functions to meet business needs while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
IAM Strategy: Lead the review and refresh of our IAM strategy, consolidating responsibilities across multiple business areas.
Architecture Design: Shape the evolution of our access management domain, supporting technology solutions and user experience.
Privileged and Non-privileged Access: Oversee programs covering both privileged and non-privileged access.
Solution Implementation: Introduce refreshed PAM (Privileged Access Management) and IAM solutions.
Effective Governance: Embed identity and access requirements in governance processes.
Risk Management: Identify and oversee risks across the access management domain.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven Leadership: You've led IAM initiatives in complex environments.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with IAM technologies, including PAM and IAM solutions.
Coorperative Approach: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and partners.
Regulatory Knowledge: Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations.

Our client who needs an Identity & Access Management (IAM) specialist are an internationally world-renown manufacturing organization investing in their Identity & Access Management department.
In their IT security team you are responsible for ensuring that the IT user data is up-to-date and correctly recorded, that the assigned business roles are always in line with the defined tasks and responsibilities and that the allocation of authorizations in our IT systems is fully automatic and without errors.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Organization, process definition and continuous improvement of the IAM platform.
- Planning, support and maintenance of the associated system landscape.
- Information procurement, as well as design and (further) development of existing as well as new IAM applications.
- Implementation of new IAM solutions (use cases) in the context of information security projects technical consulting with regard to functions and possibilities of the IAM solutions used.
- Management and coordination of information security projects (focus: IAM Services).
Requirements:
- A completed degree in computer science / business informatics (UNI / FH) or alternatively the A-Level (computer science HTL or AHS / HAK with a focus on computer science) with corresponding further training / professional experience
- Practical experience in the IT sector or security
- Java know-how desirable
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ is an advantage
- Ability to analyse and comprehend complex contexts
- Structured way of working and interdisciplinary thinking
- Very good command of English
- Ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills as well as a high willingness to learn
