Matthew Rees-Davis

Matthew joined Xcede as an Associate Director in 2021 after years of working in the Technology recruitment space in Hamburg and Berlin. As well as working across Permanent roles in Germany, Matthew is currently responsible for leading, nurturing and scaling the department with a full coverage of the German market across Data, Tech, Product and Marketing. Although Matthew primarily recruits for Software Engineers, he works across a wide variety of management-level roles too such as Head of Product, Head of Program Management, CFO, CTO, Head of Enterprise Architecture, Head of Vendor Management.
