Job Title: VIP Executive Support Engineer Contract: 3–6 Months (Initial) – Likely to Extend Location: Hybrid/Onsite in Buckinghamshire Rate: Inside IR35 A prestigious financial services organisation is seeking a highly experienced VIP Executive Support Engineer to join their team on an initial 3–6 month contract, with a strong possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide white-glove, end-to-end technical support to senior stakeholders and VIP users.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Microsoft suite, with particular focus on Office 365 and Windows 10/11.</li><li>Manage support incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to executive operations.</li><li>Deliver outstanding customer service with a proactive and professional approach at all times.</li><li>Collaborate with wider IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery and continual improvement.</li></ul>Key Requirements: <ul><li>Extensive experience in a similar VIP or Executive Support role within a large, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and related Microsoft technologies.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at executive level.</li><li>Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.</li><li>Experience in financial services or another high-stakes industry is highly desirable.</li></ul>This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and technically strong IT support professional to join a leading financial institution and make a real impact from day one.
