Citrix Operations Engineer – London (Onsite Preferred) Contract: Until March 2026 Location: London (onsite ideally 5 days/week) On-Call: 1 week in 12 | Start: ASAP We’re looking for an experienced Citrix Operations Engineer to join a global financial organisation, supporting a mission-critical Citrix platform used by 12,000+ users worldwide. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimising the Citrix estate — including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, NetScaler (ADC/Gateway), PVS/MCS, App Layering, and ControlUp — while contributing to projects such as Trader VDI rollout and Cloud VDI adoption. What You’ll Do<ul><li>Provide operational support, monitoring, and troubleshooting for global Citrix environments.</li><li>Maintain platform performance and stability across multiple datacentres.</li><li>Support imaging, provisioning, and configuration management.</li><li>Collaborate with senior engineers and participate in an on-call rota (1 week in 12).</li></ul>What You’ll Bring<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD).</li><li>Expertise in StoreFront, Delivery Controller, NetScaler (ADC/Gateway), PVS/MCS, App Layering.</li><li>Solid Windows Server, AD/GPO, and performance troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Experience in large-scale or regulated environments (financial services a plus).</li><li>Knowledge of ControlUp, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible desirable.</li></ul>Why Apply<ul><li>High-impact role in a mission-critical Citrix environment.</li><li>Long-term contract (to March 2026).</li><li>Work with global teams on major VDI and cloud transformation projects.</li></ul>
