Xcede are looking to hire ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultants for their Contract Team to work within the European market - One of the busiest and lucrative markets!
&nbsp;
As one of the most successful and highly lucrative teams at Xcede, you will be sitting on the Contract Team, which has some of the highest performing consultants within the business, where you can really learn from the best in the industry! You will have access learning from some of the best recruiters within the industry, as well as senior leadership, ie. CEO, MDs and Directors.

What are We Looking For 
To qualify for this position, you must have the following experience:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 years' agency recruitment experience, ideally with a tech background but this is not essential but preferably working in commercial markets</li>
<li>Ideally you have worked contract recruitment but this is not essential</li>
<li>You have excellent communication skills - not afraid to get on the phone to speak to candidates and clients alike</li>
<li>Ideally you have some exposure to sales environment background</li>
<li>You are an ambitious and driven individual, who is looking to achieve results</li>
</ul>
