My client are a growing consultancy that provides solutions in Cloud, Cyber Security and Big Data. The company has grown by more than 110% in the past 2 years and due to an influx of projects, they have signed off to make several hires in their Security team over the coming months.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing the Security of infrastructure and workloads that rely on container technologies
• Deploying and fine-tuning tools throughout the application development process
• Incorporating security principles into every stage of application development, delivery, and operations through continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Adopting SLSA methodologies to effectively implement and manage software artifacts

Experience

• University degree in computer science or a comparable subject
• Several years of experience in a comparable role for a consultancy or IT service provider

Technology Experience

• Kubernetes
• Terraform
• Public Cloud, ideally Azure
• Tools: Aqua Security, Palo Alto Prisma, Snyk

After recently forming a SaaS team and successfully developing their first product, my client are in the early phases of developing their second product and deploying it on their infrastructure. They require a Security Engineer to assist them in ensuring both the product, and their platform are secure.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and operating a cloud-based SIEM solution
• Ensuring the secure development, operation, and monitoring of their platform on AWS
• Designing, implementing, and testing their incident response processes
• Carrying out code reviews and audits

Your Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in IT security, ideally in a blue team environment
• Knowledge of Terraform / Ansible
• Python experience is not essential but will be a bonus
• Fluent spoken and written English

A top-tier hedge fund is looking to bring on board a Senior Security Engineer (Windows) with an expert understanding of Identity & Authentication. You will act as the cybersecurity SME for IAM & Azure AD (AAD), advising on enhancements to the organizations security posture, performing hands-on technical work in implementing security controls, configuration tooling, designing security best practices, identifying security gaps, and enhancements.

This is a hybrid, on-premise & cloud hosted Windows led environment that is moving an increasing amount of functions to the cloud. We are looking for an individual that has been through the journey from On-Prem to Cloud and can help navigate the security issues surrounding this. You will provide technical leadership in cloud adoption from a security perspective, explore new technologies, architect new security processes and act as the liaison between stakeholders in the business.
Those applying should have:

A thorough understanding of Windows Security Engineering fundamentals.

• Deep knowledge of Identity & Authentication technology, procedures and controls An IAM expert coming from a Windows technology stack.
• A strong understanding of SSO technologies and authentication methods (OpenID Connect, SAML, oAuth, Kerberos, LDAP, etc.)
• Expertise in Azure AD (AAD), M365, Azure Configuration tooling.
• Experience in both OnPremise and Cloud Services, hybrid identity and Privilege Access Management (PAM)

A top NYC/NJ technology startup that focuses on developing and commercializing Privacy Enhanced Technologies (PET) to enable privacy-protected data science is looking for strong C++ developer to join them on a full-time basis. As a member of the research engineering team, you will be part of a team developing and implementing analytics and machine learning algorithms using privacy-protected computation. The team includes well-known researchers and is a major contributor to the open-source OpenFHE software library.

C++ software engineering skills are required, and Python experience is desirable. Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies, such as Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) and Secure Multiparty Computation (SMC), is preferred. Familiarity with modern AI/ML development techniques and frameworks and runtime optimization is preferred.

Requirements:

● Advanced degrees (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

● More than 2 years of research experience in implementing novel complex mathematical algorithms with a focus on resource optimization and runtime performance.

● More than 2 years of experience in software development/prototyping with C++.

Desired Skills:

● Research or engineering experience in privacy-protected computing, such as Fully Homomorphic Encryption, secure multiparty computation, TEE's, etc.

● Experience with ML techniques and frameworks.

● Experience with OpenFHE or other homomorphic encryption software libraries.

● Experience with applied algorithm design and performance optimization.

High-Performance Computing experience is a plus
