Learning & Development

At Xcede, our people are integral to our strategic vision. We promote an engaging learning environment that supports growth at all levels.  

Graduate and entry-level consultants enter our recruitment training program that teaches the key skills that underpin recruitment, from qualifying candidates and jobs through to closing an offer.

Experienced consultants have their skills and learning needs regularly assessed, with our training partners providing comprehensive courses that develop the necessary skills they need to maximise their potential, whether that’s harnessing the power of LinkedIn or learning how to become an effective manager.

Xcede’s Future Leaders receive training in effective leadership and management through our APSCo training partners in conjunction with our in-house trainers.

In addition to offering qualifications in CMI, Xcede supports the ongoing development of our Management Team with an executive coaching and management training series.
