This is a hands-on Technical BA position supporting projects across Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Enterprise Service Management. You'll work with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, analyse data, and provide reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct investigations into existing IAM and Service Management processes
  • Produce high-quality documentation, reports and project artefacts
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
  • Track project progress, risks and dependencies
  • Support delivery across multiple workstreams
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on enterprise technology projects
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Experience working on Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM or Enterprise Service Management platforms
  • Experience supporting Project Managers within structured delivery environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements
Desirable
  • Experience working within large enterprise organisations
  • Knowledge of ITIL or Service Management best practices
  • Experience working on transformation or infrastructure programmes
What's on Offer
  • £500-550 per day Inside IR35 (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Hybrid working with only 2 days per month onsite in London
  • Opportunity to work on a high-profile enterprise transformation programme
  • Initial contract with strong potential for extension
  • Collaborative team environment with modern technologies
