This role is to support the cross-department Observability programme to deliver real-time monitoring, alerting, and remediation across critical trading and data infrastructure. Following a successful proof of concept, Dynatrace has been selected as the enterprise observability platform and will be rolled out across the organisation during 2026. This role sits within a major cloud services programme delivered by a leading global IT services provider and offers the opportunity to work in a complex enterprise environment where OCI underpins critical business systems. The Role This is not a traditional OCI architect or tenant engineering role. Instead, the focus is on tenant-level governance, service orchestration and supplier coordination across multiple OCI environments operated by external managed service partners. The successful candidate will help bring greater transparency, accountability and operational consistency to the platform by aligning internal service owners, cloud partners and architecture teams around a clear governance and operating model. You will act as the client-side authority for OCI platform governance, ensuring the organisation becomes a more informed and controlled consumer of its cloud services.
