Our client, a leading organization driving large-scale digital and business transformation initiatives, is seeking two Senior Pega Systems Architects (SSA) to support strategic CRM and BPM programs within a complex enterprise environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Pega professionals who want to work on high-impact projects using Pega’s Low-Code platform in a dynamic and performance-driven setting.

Role Overview
As a Senior Pega Systems Architect (SSA), you will play a key role in the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable Pega solutions within enterprise-level transformation programs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and architects to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Pega Platform
• Lead architecture decisions aligned with Pega best practices
• Develop and configure Pega applications (Case Management, BPM, CRM solutions)
• Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of Pega applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers
• Participate in Agile delivery cycles (Scrum/Kanban)
• Support continuous improvement and technical governance within the Pega ecosystem
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and architectural guidelines

Required Skills and Experience

• Pega Senior Systems Architect (SSA) certification
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with Pega Platform
• Strong expertise in Pega CRM and BPM solutions
• Solid understanding of Low-Code application development
• Experience designing scalable enterprise architectures
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Fluent French (mandatory)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with large enterprise clients
• Additional Pega certifications (LSA is a plus)
• Experience in digital transformation programs
• Knowledge of DevOps practices within Pega environments
