The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our Frankfurt-based team. This is a role for a "developer's developer" - someone who loves the craft of coding, understands the intricacies of microservices, and is excited about using AI to push the boundaries of engineering productivity.

The Mission:
You will be responsible for the core backend services of a high-traffic platform. This isn't about managing people; it’s about designing robust systems, solving complex technical puzzles, and ensuring the stability of real-time gaming sessions.

What you’ll do:

• Develop: Build scalable services using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
  
  
• Optimize: Manage high-concurrency data with RabbitMQ and Redis.
  
  
• Innovate: Integrate AI-powered tools (Cursor, Copilot) into your workflow to accelerate delivery and maintain architectural integrity.
  
  
• Scale: Take ownership of core platform components like wallets, payments, and integrations.
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Senior Expertise: Deep professional experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
  
  
• System Design: Strong understanding of Microservices, SQL optimization (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and message brokers.
  
  
• AI Fluency: You are already using AI assistants to write better code, faster.
  
  
• Location: You are based in or willing to commute to Frankfurt at least 3 days a week.
