SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) IAM Engineer – Contract – Austria / Remote (CET) Our client, a leading Cybersecurity Consultancy in Austria, is urgently seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) IAM Engineer for an initial 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of a 6-month extension.

About the Role – SailPoint IdentityIQ IAM Engineer As a SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer, you will join a specialist Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, responsible for the design, development, implementation, and optimisation of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions across complex enterprise environments.

You will play a key role in scaling and enhancing IAM architecture, ensuring secure identity lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions
  
  
• Develop and customise SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and certifications
  
  
• Implement user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and identity governance
  
  
• Troubleshoot SailPoint IIQ integrations and provide IAM best practices
  
  
• Collaborate with InfoSec, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Business teams
  
  
• Ensure IAM compliance with internal security policies and industry regulations
  
  

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer / SailPoint IIQ Consultant
  
  
• Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
  
  
• Solid understanding of RBAC, identity lifecycle management, and provisioning
  
  
• Hands-on experience with Java, Beanshell, XML, and Web Services
  
  
• Experience integrating SailPoint with:
  
  
• Active Directory
  
  
• ServiceNow
  
  
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  
  
• Fluent German and English (mandatory)
  
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
