This role will primarily support the Field Engineers service, alongside our enterprise mobile phone and macOS device estate, as part of a wider User Devices technical delivery programme. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across mobile and endpoint device management, ensuring secure, scalable and reliable solutions for enterprise users. Working within an Agile delivery environment, you will collaborate with engineers, project teams and stakeholders to deliver new capabilities, maintain compliance, and provide expert Level 2 technical support across a diverse device estate.
