We're working with a leading global technology solutions provider supporting one of the world's most recognised names in interactive entertainment. As part of a major digital transformation programme, we're looking for an experienced QA Analyst to join a high-profile e-commerce delivery team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the implementation of a new online retail platform, ensuring quality across customer journeys, integrations, and business-critical systems.
You'll be responsible for planning, executing and coordinating testing activities across a complex ecosystem, helping deliver a best-in-class e-commerce experience. Working within an Agile environment, you'll collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality releases.

You'll be responsible for planning, executing and coordinating testing activities across a complex ecosystem, helping deliver a best-in-class e-commerce experience. Working within an Agile environment, you'll collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and third-party vendors to ensure high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios and test cases
- Execute functional, integration, system, regression, exploratory and UAT testing
- Validate requirements and acceptance criteria
- Create and manage test data
- Identify, log and manage defects through to resolution
- Test integrations across e-commerce, order management, payments, warehouse, finance and CRM systems
- Support defect triage sessions with technical teams and external vendors
- Produce test execution reports, quality metrics and go-live readiness assessments
- Champion quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle
- 4+ years' experience in Software Testing or QA
- Strong experience testing e-commerce platforms
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus
- Experience testing Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Excellent understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail or Zephyr
- Agile delivery experience
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
- API testing experience
- SQL and data validation skills
