Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and technical design of Pega applications for complex enterprise business processes
- Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, Guardrails, and architectural standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Pega development teams
- Conduct code reviews, performance reviews, and quality assurance
- Oversee Pega integrations, case management frameworks, and data models
- Stay up to date with latest Pega features, platform upgrades, and industry trends
- Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) certification – mandatory
- Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification – strong advantage
- 4 years of hands-on experience in Pega development and architecture
- Deep knowledge of Pega Platform, Case Management, BPM, and Integrations
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-level Pega solutions
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects
- Background in consulting or client-facing roles
- Exposure to cloud environments and enterprise integrations
