Principal, E2E Business Analyst – Digital Transformation (Pricefx / Oracle CPQ)

Reports to: Services Digital Transformation Program Director

Lead a Global Digital Transformation in a €3B Services Business Our Client is a global leader in energy management and industrial digital transformation, operating a €3B Services Business with ambitious growth targets. To accelerate this expansion, they are executing a large-scale global transformation of their operating model, business processes, and digital platforms.

They are now seeking a Principal, End-to-End (E2E) Business Analyst to play a critical role in translating business requirements into scalable digital solutions, with a strong focus on:

• Pricefx
• Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines)
• CPQ for Services (CPQ4S)
• Front Office digital platforms

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced IT Business Analyst who thrives in complex, international environments and wants to shape enterprise-level transformation.
As part of the Services Digital Team, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and global IT/platform teams.
Core Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements for Pricefx and Oracle CPQ Cloud
• Identify functional gaps and propose scalable solution enhancements
• Lead cross-functional workshops and deep-dive process discussions
• Define and document “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes
• Drive best-practice process design aligned with global reference models
• Challenge and collaborate with internal development teams and external IT partners across multiple countries
• Simplify complex requirements into clear functional specifications
• Ensure solution scalability while minimizing unnecessary platform evolution
• Own and lead strategic topics including:
  
  • RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
  • Document Management
  • UI/UX improvements
  • Mobile enablement

This role sits at the heart of a large-scale Services Front Office transformation program, providing visibility across senior stakeholders and international teams.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience Education:

• University or Engineering degree (preferably technical discipline with business management focus)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT
• Proven experience gathering and managing business requirements in complex international environments
• Strong hands-on knowledge of:
  
  • Salesforce.com
  • Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines)
  • Pricefx
  • ERP platforms (primarily SAP and/or Oracle)
• Experience within Services Business, Digital Customer Relationship programs, or large-scale transformation initiatives is highly desirable
