The successful candidate will provide deep functional and technical expertise across FLEXCUBE, working with engineering, architecture, operations and business teams to deliver platform enhancements, integrations and regulatory changes. Project Manager – ITSM & Technology Transformation Contract: Initial 10 months Rate: ~£500 per day IR35: Inside IR35 Location: Hybrid, with occasional travel to London Start Date: Early September 2026 We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a major technology transformation programme with a leading global organisation operating across the gaming, entertainment and creative industries. The organisation is going through several concurrent technology initiatives and is looking for a proactive, delivery-focused PM to take ownership of key workstreams, provide strong governance and drive projects through to successful delivery. A key priority will be the decommissioning of an existing ServiceNow environment and implementation of a new Service Desk platform. The successful Project Manager will work closely with the new platform provider's Professional Services team, internal stakeholders and technical teams to coordinate delivery, establish governance and ensure the programme remains on track. Alongside this, you will provide project oversight across a wider programme of work comprising approximately 4–5 workstreams, including initiatives around the end-user environment and Service Desk. You therefore need to be comfortable entering an environment where there isn't necessarily a single standardised way of working. A background in gaming, media, entertainment, creative, digital or similarly agile environments would be advantageous.
