We are currently seeking a highly experienced USP Integration Expert (m/f/d) for a short-term contract project in Vienna. This role focuses on the integration of the Austrian Company Service Portal (USP – Unternehmensserviceportal) into existing enterprise platforms.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior integration consultant, technical project manager, or API integration specialist with proven experience delivering USP integrations within complex IT system landscapes.

Project Overview – Company Service Portal (USP) Integration For a fixed-term project, our client requires an experienced expert to lead and implement the technical and functional integration of the USP into existing platforms.
We are looking for a professional who has successfully delivered USP integration projects before and can take ownership of:

• Integration architecture definition
• Technical project leadership
• Stakeholder coordination
• End-to-end delivery including testing and go-live

Key Responsibilities – USP Integration Project As the USP Platform Integration Expert, you will:

• Analyze the existing IT system landscape and define the optimal integration architecture
• Plan, manage, and coordinate the full USP integration project lifecycle
• Provide technical and/or functional leadership
• Coordinate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Ensure smooth implementation, including API integration, testing, and go-live support
• Deliver comprehensive technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer

Required Profile – Senior USP Integration Consultant To be successful in this role, you should have:

• ✔ Proven hands-on experience integrating the Austrian USP (Unternehmensserviceportal) into platforms
• ✔ Several years of experience in technical project management, integration management, or platform integration
• ✔ Strong expertise in interface technologies such as:
  
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP services
  • Web services
  • API architectures
• ✔ Experience working within complex enterprise IT environments
• ✔ Strong analytical and structured working approach
• ✔ Excellent communication skills (German required)
