Data Delivery Manager

You will play a key role in developing and enhancing metadata management capabilities that support trusted, well-managed, and discoverable data products across the organisation.

<h3>The Role</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Support the planning and delivery of the metadata roadmap, taking ownership of key initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
	<li>Develop and optimise capabilities within tools such as Collibra and Databricks Unity Catalog to improve metadata management.
	<li>Collaborate with Data Owners and Data Stewards to enable high-quality data delivery and support governance outcomes.
	<li>Promote the value of metadata tooling by demonstrating features and capabilities across teams.
	<li>Identify opportunities to improve data processes through automation and enhancements in metadata tooling.
	<li>Coach stakeholders on connecting business context with technical metadata management, emphasising the importance and value of metadata.

<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>

	<li>Strong knowledge of data governance principles, best practices, and the purpose of metadata management; DAMA qualification is desirable.
	<li>At least 2 years’ experience in a data governance role within the Financial Sector.
	<li>Hands-on experience with Collibra or similar tools (Informatica, Alation, Atacama), with awareness of Databricks Unity Catalog.
	<li>Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple, non-technical language.
	<li>Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments.
	<li>A growth mindset with a keen interest in developing expertise in data and AI governance technologies.
</ul>

<h3>Package</h3>
