A specialised high-tech technology company is looking for a Sales Manager (Europe) to grow and manage strategic customer relationships across the region.
This is a consultative, solution-led B2B sales role selling technically complex sensing solutions into infrastructure-driven markets rather than high-volume SaaS or transactional sales.
What you’ll be doing

Managing and growing relationships with existing European customers and partners

Developing new business within target accounts

Selling a portfolio of complex sensing hardware & software solutions

Preparing and delivering technical & commercial presentations

Working closely with inside sales and tender teams

Maintaining forecasts, pipeline, and CRM data

Reporting into a Global Sales Manager

Fiber-optic sensing solutions

Critical infrastructure, industrial & monitoring environments

Long sales cycles, high technical credibility required

Strong collaboration with technical and product teams
What they’re looking for

5+ years’ experience in B2B solution sales

Strong technical background (engineering-led or complex products)

Degree in engineering, economics, or similar

Confident communicator in German & English (other languages a plus)

Comfortable travelling across Europe
