As part of a larger international group, this organization values innovation, collaboration, and a future-driven approach to IT infrastructure and digitalization.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and development of internal IT systems while supporting users and helping shape the company’s broader IT strategy. If you’re hands-on, proactive, and passionate about tech, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide first- and second-level support to users across the organization
  • Administer Microsoft 365, handle mobile device management, and manage software distribution
  • Select, set up, and maintain IT hardware including PCs, laptops, printers, and scanners
  • Contribute to IT security projects and support their implementation
  • Document IT environments and ensure compliance with audit requirements
  • Deliver user training and help strengthen digital skills across teams
  • Oversee software license management and support IT digitalization initiatives
  • Take ownership of IT projects and collaborate with an international IT team

What we’re looking for:
  • Completed training in IT, a degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification
  • Hands-on professional experience in IT support or infrastructure operations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and a solid grasp of networking concepts
  • Independent, proactive work style with a team-oriented mindset
  • Enthusiasm for IT, a curiosity for new technologies, and a desire to grow professionally
  • Clear communication skills in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel and support various sites when needed

What’s offered:
  • A secure, long-term position within a well-established and innovative company
  • Competitive financial package including holiday pay, recreation allowance, and a 13th-month salary after one year
  • Company pension scheme with generous employer contributions
  • 30 vacation days per year (5-day workweek)
  • Flexible work setup including mobile working options post-onboarding
  • Support for your mobility and wellbeing: subsidized public transport ticket, JobRad bike leasing, group accident insurance (24/7), and access to Urban Sports Club
  • A strong team culture and open working atmosphere built on mutual respect
  • Attractive employee discounts on a variety of products and services

Join a company where tradition meets innovation, and where your expertise helps shape the digital future of an essential industry. Apply now and be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values both individual contribution and shared success.
