We’re looking for a ServiceNow Refresh Administrator to join a global technology services provider at an exciting time of growth.
This is a hands-on role supporting large-scale Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) programmes — configuring, maintaining, and optimising ServiceNow to enable seamless refresh operations for enterprise customers.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring data integrity, system performance, and process consistency across multiple customer environments, while helping shape improvements to how technology services are delivered.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring data integrity, system performance, and process consistency across multiple customer environments, while helping shape improvements to how technology services are delivered.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules related to DLM Refresh, including:
- Locations, schedules, appointments, and stockrooms
- Assets and work orders
- Support the coordination of bulk refresh activity by managing key ServiceNow data sets and workflows.
- Perform routine triage and troubleshooting of ServiceNow issues, collaborating with internal IT and development teams.
- Validate and monitor event schedules, ensuring timely locking and accurate configuration.
- Produce operational documentation and run books, keeping all procedures up to date.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and data insights to stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow developers to understand changes, releases, and integration impacts.
- 6+ months’ experience in a ServiceNow-focused administration or coordination role.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow tables, fields, reports, flows, and business rules.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications, particularly in ITSM, FSM, Asset Management, or Walk-Up Experience.
- Ability to read and understand JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow integrations between instances.
- Experience in IT Asset Management or Device Lifecycle environments.
