ServiceNow Administrator
Department: Group Professional Services – Device Lifecycle Management (DLM)
Location: Remote
Role Type: Contract (Inside IR35) / Full-Time (Initial 3 month contract)
About the Role
We’re looking for a ServiceNow Refresh Administrator to join a global technology services provider at an exciting time of growth.
This is a hands-on role supporting large-scale Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) programmes — configuring, maintaining, and optimising ServiceNow to enable seamless refresh operations for enterprise customers.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring data integrity, system performance, and process consistency across multiple customer environments, while helping shape improvements to how technology services are delivered.
What You’ll Do
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules related to DLM Refresh, including:
    • Locations, schedules, appointments, and stockrooms
    • Assets and work orders
  • Support the coordination of bulk refresh activity by managing key ServiceNow data sets and workflows.
  • Perform routine triage and troubleshooting of ServiceNow issues, collaborating with internal IT and development teams.
  • Validate and monitor event schedules, ensuring timely locking and accurate configuration.
  • Produce operational documentation and run books, keeping all procedures up to date.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and data insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with ServiceNow developers to understand changes, releases, and integration impacts.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ months’ experience in a ServiceNow-focused administration or coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow tables, fields, reports, flows, and business rules.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Desirable Skills
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications, particularly in ITSM, FSM, Asset Management, or Walk-Up Experience.
  • Ability to read and understand JavaScript.
  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow integrations between instances.
  • Experience in IT Asset Management or Device Lifecycle environments.
