Senior AI Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Architect and develop AI/ML models in production through every stage—from data exploration to deployment
• Work in an agile, product-led team alongside engineers, data scientists, and product owners
• Integrate models into scalable, reliable services using cloud-native infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
• Lead initiatives in MLOps-CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, performance optimization, and model governance
• Champion best practices in machine learning: version control, testing, documentation, and model lifecycle management
• Mentor teammates in AI and machine learning, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing
• Influence the vision and roadmap of AI-driven products that enhance user experience and operational efficiency

About You

• Strong experience in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on work in NLP, recommendations, or predictive modeling
• Proficient in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or related tools
• Skilled in MLOps: model versioning, containerization, CI/CD, and cloud deployment
• Comfortable collaborating in a product-oriented, agile development environment
• Skilled communicator: fluent in English, able to explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences
• Bonus: experience working in fintech, financial services, or regulated tech environments
