Product Designer
We’re partnered with a growing FinTech who are looking for their first in-house Product Designer. This is a rare opportunity to own design end-to-end and lay the foundations of a design function, with a clear pathway into future leadership.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to take complex, data-rich workflows and turn them into simple, intuitive user experiences. The company is scaling quickly, with major Tier 1 banking partnerships and significant growth ahead — so your impact will be felt across the business and beyond.
What you’ll be doing
  • Lead the full design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery.
  • Simplify complex workflows into seamless, user-friendly journeys.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to align design with business and customer needs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover insights and drive improvements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring clarity and consistency.
  • Champion design thinking and help shape how design scales within the organisation.
Who you are
  • 4–5 years’ experience in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong UX/UI skills with a track record of shipping end-to-end design solutions.
  • Proficient in Figma (or similar) with solid grounding in user-centred design, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
  • Comfortable being the sole designer while collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
  • Commercially minded, balancing user needs with business priorities.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with component frameworks (React/Tailwind) or Agile teams.
This is a hybrid role in London, with a couple of days in the office per week. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer sponsorship for this role.
