As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our service desk team and keep our tech running reliably and our users supported.
This is more than just a helpdesk role—you'll be a key player in maintaining and modernising the systems that keep our global operations moving.
What you’ll do:
- Provide hands-on support for desktop, mobile, email, and print services across the company
- Ensure reliable day-to-day operations of our IT service environment
- Manage user accounts, groups, devices, and software licenses with care and precision
- Support configuration management and the deployment of essential applications
- Help modernize our IT platforms and roll out best practices for user support
- Contribute to process improvement in our service desk operations
- Assist with onboarding and provide engaging IT training for new and existing team members
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in IT (e.g. Fachinformatiker/in or similar)
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT support, service desk, or IT operations
- Strong service orientation with a calm, confident presence under pressure
- Clear communication in both German and English
- Solid hands-on experience with PowerShell, Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and some scripting or programming skills (a plus)
