This is a hands-on role supporting large-scale Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) programmes — configuring, maintaining, and optimising ServiceNow to enable seamless refresh operations for enterprise customers. You’ll play a key part in ensuring data integrity, system performance, and process consistency across multiple customer environments, while helping shape improvements to how technology services are delivered.
