Overview Our client, a leading international technology and consulting organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Systems PEGA Architect to join their growing digital transformation team based in Stuttgart, Germany.
This hybrid position offers a balance of remote flexibility and on-site collaboration, enabling the successful candidate to drive enterprise-level PEGA BPM initiatives that streamline operations and enhance customer experiences across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of complex PEGA-based solutions.
- Partner with business analysts, developers, and key stakeholders to define scalable PEGA application frameworks and integrations.
- Deliver high-performance, secure, and maintainable PEGA BPM applications aligned with business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and project teams.
- Conduct code reviews, system performance analysis, and optimization.
- Integrate PEGA applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and database connectors.
- Support project estimation, documentation, and architecture governance.
- Stay up to date with PEGA platform advancements and emerging best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of PEGA development and architecture experience.
- Current PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale PEGA solutions (v8.x or higher).
- Strong understanding of BPM, case management, workflow automation, and decisioning.
- Proficiency with Java, SQL, APIs (REST/SOAP), and system integrations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; German language proficiency is a plus.
