š Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer ā Focus on DelineaĀ š¼ What Youāll Bring to the Role
- IT Security Expertise: Solid training or certification in IT security, computer science, or a related field.
- Specialization in PAM: Multiple years of hands-on experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Delinea / Thycotic / Centrify Focus: Deep practical experience with Delinea PAM solutions (including Thycotic Secret Server and/or Centrify), and familiarity with tools like CyberArk and One Identity Safeguard.
- Security Standards Knowledge: Working understanding of key frameworks like ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, and core principles such as Least Privilege and Zero Trust Architecture.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong capability to analyze complex IAM/PAM challenges and design secure, scalable solutions.
- Collaborative Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical topics across teams and communicate effectively in both German and English.
- Self-Motivation & Growth Mindset: High level of independence, initiative, and a continuous drive to stay updated in PAM and cybersecurity trends.
- Excellent pay: ā¬400 - ā¬500 per day on 12-24 month projects (ā¬96k - ā¬120k pa)
