Associate Director - Digital Analytics

Contract - 6 Months Rate - £350 - £425 p/d Inside IR35 Location - Hybrid - Willingness to travel to various sites around the UK when required.   We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong retail background to deliver complex store transformation initiatives across a large retail estate. This role will focus on a combination of store refresh programmes and technology rollouts, including EPOS, hardware, digital in-store solutions, and infrastructure upgrades. This role will play a critical part in leading global ITSM operations, driving service excellence across Change, Incident, and Problem Management, and acting as a senior escalation point within a complex, fast-paced, international environment.
