🚀 Lead Full-Stack Developer (.NET/Angular) | 🌍 Hybrid (Stuttgart) | 💶 Up to €100k

📍 Hybrid – Stuttgart region (3 days onsite)
💶 €100,000 base bonus (up to 20%)

A highly specialised technology company working at the intersection of software, physics, and real-world infrastructure is looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of next-generation software solutions.

This is a hands-on technical lead role with strong influence over architecture and product direction. People management is not essential today, but there is clear scope to grow into this over time.

What you’ll be doing
  • Acting as technical lead for modern full-stack applications (.NET / Angular)

  • Designing and implementing distributed systems (on-prem & cloud)

  • Shaping architecture decisions across teams

  • Conducting code & architecture reviews to ensure quality and security

  • Working closely with product and technical stakeholders

  • Staying close to the code while influencing long-term technical direction

Tech environment
  • C# / .NET (distributed applications, microservices)

  • Angular (web frontends)

  • Databases, message buses

  • Cloud & on-prem environments (Azure beneficial)

  • Modern engineering practices & clean code focus

What they’re looking for
  • 7 years of experience with .NET, including 2 years in a technical lead capacity

  • Strong full-stack background with Angular

  • Solid understanding of architecture patterns and best practices

  • Hands-on mindset — pragmatic, solution-oriented

  • Fluent German and English (C1 )

Why consider it?
  • Work on software that supports critical infrastructure (energy, transport, environmental protection)

  • High technical ownership and long-term product stability

  • Hybrid setup (3 days onsite), flexible hours

  • 30 days holiday, bonus scheme, profit sharing

  • International team with a strong engineering culture

If you’re a senior/lead developer who wants technical influence without stepping away from coding, this is worth a conversation.
