IT Support Engineer
📍 Munich | 🌍 Multinational Team | 💻 Hybrid Work Environment
Join a dynamic and inclusive Employee Technology team supporting over 1,200 employees across 19 European locations. We're seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer for our client in Munich.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide end-user IT support across various European locations
- Manage end-user devices, SaaS tools, collaboration platforms, and unified communications
- Own the lifecycle of IT assets (hardware/software), including preparation, deployment, and maintenance
- Set up laptops and accessories for new joiners and support onboarding processes
- Work with vendors on warranty and service-related matters
- Support internal events both online and in-person with technical expertise
- Experience with both Windows and macOS in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with device management tools like Jamf and Intune
- Knowledge of M365, Azure AD, and other collaboration tools
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Okta (SSO, MFA)
- Comfort using ticketing tools like Jira/Atlassian Suite
- Fluent in English
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
- Clear and confident communicator
