Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure ServiceNow applications (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge Management, HRSD, ITOM, CSM) based on best practices.
- Develop and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Manage ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
- Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow capabilities and recommend process improvements.
- Train end-users and administrators on ServiceNow functionality and features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, performance, or integration.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and technical solutions.
