We’re partnering with a global technology company recognized for its innovation in automation and manufacturing solutions. With a strong international presence and a European hub based in Cork, they are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support their enterprise IT operations.
In this role, you’ll help manage and evolve a robust ServiceNow environment that supports users and teams across multiple regions in a dynamic, fast-paced technology setting.

In this role, you’ll help manage and evolve a robust ServiceNow environment that supports users and teams across multiple regions in a dynamic, fast-paced technology setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Administration: Maintain the stability and performance of ServiceNow environments (production and non-production).
- Configuration & Customization: Set up applications/modules, develop scripts and workflows using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Incident & Request Management: Address platform-related incidents, problems, and change requests.
- CMDB Oversight: Manage configuration data and ensure accuracy through discovery tools or equivalent processes.
- Upgrades & Maintenance: Support timely platform upgrades, patches, and deployments.
- Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation and provide technical guidance to internal users.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Strong scripting and customization skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Solid understanding of ITSM practices and ITIL framework
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- ServiceNow Administrator and ITIL certifications are highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
