What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintain robotic fleet health by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving both hardware and software issues
- Develop and assess workflows to identify and solve previously unknown technical problems
- Perform code repository tasks: create local changes, submit/review CLs (changelists), and support configuration tracking
- Keep the robotic fleet database accurate by updating hardware statuses, assigning notes, and managing check-in/out workflows
- Assist in creating onboarding and training documentation for new team members
- Participate in and contribute to Monthly Business Reviews
- Hands-on: Soldering, crimping, cable harnessing
- Diagnosing and replacing faulty hardware components
- Experience with robot test benches and simulation environments
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong documentation and communication habits
- 1–3 years’ experience in a technical support, robotics, or technician role
- Exposure to robotic systems – professional, academic, or hobbyist
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage technical logs and documentation
- Eagerness to work in a hybrid R&D lab setting, solving real-world robotics challenges
