An IT Solutions provider are looking for a PMO for a FTSE 100 pharmasutical company.
They are looking for someone with strong programme management to ensure planning, execution and delivery of all technology projects are well managed and expertly co-ordinated across R&D and ERPE. The requirement is for a highly capable PMO resource with Project Management capabilities to support this activity.

Requisite Capabilities
Contract - Mid septemeber - Decemeber
Location - Hybrid - Stevanage (2-3x a week)
They are looking for someone with strong programme management to ensure planning, execution and delivery of all technology projects are well managed and expertly co-ordinated across R&D and ERPE. The requirement is for a highly capable PMO resource with Project Management capabilities to support this activity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure projects adhere to governance frameworks and comply with reporting requirements.
- Monitor programme health and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Track risks, issues, change requests and interdependencies across programs.
- Facilitate project reviews, status meetings, and steering groups.
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO tools, processes, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines (at various levels of detail)
- Collaborating with key stakeholders both within the programme and within R&D (Tech and business teams)
- Work with pre-existing tools (eg, Aha and Jira) to create dashboards and create management reporting as necessary
- Help to create appropriate governance and oversight over the roadmap
- Support communication / stakeholder management
Requisite Capabilities
- Agile/Scrum
- Results-driven with attention to detail and a can-do proactive mindset
- Collaborative, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams
- Adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity
- Ideally experience working in pharma/regulated industry but not essential
