  • Develop and enforce networking standards, policies, and best practices
  • Collaborate with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams on cross-functional initiatives
  • Act as a technical lead for major network projects, migrations, and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across LAN, WAN, Data Centre, and Cloud environments
  • Perform network performance tuning and capacity planning
  • Mentor and guide junior network engineers; foster knowledge sharing
  • Document network configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Interface with vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and support
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Active Cisco CCIE certification (Routing & Switching, Enterprise Infrastructure, or equivalent) (desirable)
  • Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on network engineering experience
  • Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale enterprise networks
  • Strong proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching technologies (STP, VLAN, VTP), and firewall technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco technologies (Catalyst, Nexus, ASA, Firepower, ISE)
  • Experience with SD-WAN, VPN, MPLS, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform) is a plus
  • Experience in managing network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, NetFlow, etc.)
