Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Business Application Engineers, driving collaboration, learning, and accountability.
- Own the GTM systems roadmap and ensure alignment with cross-functional objectives and growth plans.
- Champion best practices across system design, implementation, and lifecycle management—leveraging methodologies like Agile/Scrum.
- Act as the go-to expert for GTM platforms including Salesforce, CPQ, Marketing Automation tools, CDPs, and RevOps solutions.
- Manage integration and health across a broad application stack (~60+ systems), ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Ops to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Oversee system launches, enhancements, and integration efforts—ensuring minimal disruption and optimal user adoption.
- Build KPIs and health metrics to track system effectiveness, adoption, and return on investment.
- Own team planning, capacity forecasting, and issue resolution—ensuring productivity and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop enablement materials to support GTM teams in system usage and process adherence.
- 5+ years experience in managing GTM or business systems within high-growth technology companies.
- Proven success in leading application teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions across Salesforce and related tools.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or higher) and strong platform architecture knowledge.
- Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash and Customer Lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency with tools such as Hubspot, Gainsight, Clari, and modern RevOps platforms.
- Experience managing application ecosystems with 50+ integrated services.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience implementing structured project management and governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with ITGC, compliance, and change control processes.
- Experience with integration platforms such as Make or Workato.
- Exposure to BI tools like Tableau or Databricks.
- Prior experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure SaaS businesses.
