The role is for a permanent employment contract. The role requires business fluency in German and English. Your tasks as a network technician Hardware: - You configure and operate network components, router and switching systems, as well as firewalls and VPNs. - You employ installations in the datacenter and at customer sites, network management, monitoring, and documentation. - You process fault reports at the second level, identify potential faults using existing tools, and initiate appropriate measures. A financial services organisation requires a Network Engineering Lead to oversee and deliver engineering work packages as part of a global campus network transformation programme. This is a "hands-on" network engineering role encompassing LAN, WAN, DC and Wi-Fi and would suit a highly experienced Cisco-certified engineer who has led the delivery of enterprise network projects, ideally in a financial services environment.
