A global organisation we are partnered with have a requirement for a Project Manager focused on Cyber Security to work closely with the Head of Cyber Security Operations, colleagues across the wider CISO organisation, and cross-functional business teams, to ensure the delivery of projects that strengthen enterprise security and enhance both new and existing processes.

- Lead the implementation of the target operating model for Cyber Security Operations.
- Manage end-to-end security projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to budget.
- Oversee project governance, including milestones, success criteria, resource planning, and reporting.
- Drive cross-project initiatives, defining objectives, metrics, and data-driven improvements.
- Develop and manage deployment plans and internal/external communication strategies.
- Handle Change Requests for the Cyber Security Operations team, including approvals and project plan adjustments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the CISO organisation and external partners to align on objectives.
- Develop scalable, repeatable, and efficient processes while providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Support the definition of business requirements and security roadmaps in line with the overall CISO strategy.
- Manage RfI, RfP, and SoW processes with Procurement and Security Transformation teams to secure external staffing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent technical training).
- 8+ years’ IT project management experience, with at least 4 years focused on cyber security projects.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project).
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM) highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience with automation, data/metrics analysis, and reporting is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capability, and attention to detail.
- Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transport sectors is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
