Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality literature reviews to support behavioural science and psychology research initiatives.
- Analyse quantitative survey data, extract insights, and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist in the design, execution, and interpretation of behavioural science experiments and studies.
- Develop engaging reports, presentations, and summaries for stakeholders across the organisation.
- Stay current with the latest academic and applied research in behavioural science and psychology.
- Explore and share emerging trends across behavioural domains to inform ongoing research and innovation.
- Actively participate in workshops, seminars, and networking events to enhance our behavioural science ecosystem.
- Attend relevant conferences and supplier meetings across the UK and EU.
- A background in behavioural science, psychology, or a related discipline (academic or applied).
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in survey data analysis and insight generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when translating complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to engage with both academic research and real-world application.
