Search Relevance Engineer - REMOTE US/UK/EU Eastern time preferred About the role We are looking for an experienced Search Relevance Engineer to help shape and optimise the search experience for millions of users. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and data science, focusing on search relevancy, ranking models, and query understanding. I am looking for an Engineering Manager with strong technical depth in search technologies, particularly Elasticsearch, to lead a team of engineers and drive the architecture and performance of their search platform. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, helping shape the future of search relevance, ranking, and personalisation at scale. Contract Cloud Security Engineer - Quant Trading (Inside IR35, Hybrid): This is a unique opportunity for an experienced AWS-focused Cloud Security Engineer to join a leading Quant Trading firm on a contract/interim basis. Effectively a DevSecOps role, the incoming Security Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing and automating (CI/CD) secure AWS infrastructure, with a focus on system architecture, identity, and network security, ensuring alignment with the fund's security strategy. The role requires deep knowledge of AWS security principles, Terraform, Ansible and security automation.
