IT Service & Cloud Migration SME x2
Locations: Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Poland (Baltic Regions)

We are seeking TWO experienced IT Service & Cloud Migration Specialists to lead the transition of applications and services into a cloud environment, while ensuring robust IT service management and documentation processes are maintained. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement (50% office-based, 50% remote). 

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Migration – Design and implement the migration path to AWS, planning and supporting the transition of applications and services into the cloud environment.
  • Documentation Management – Consolidate and maintain up-to-date documentation for applications and services, including business continuity plans, system architecture, impact assessments, recovery plans, and user manuals.
  • Incident & Problem Management – Monitor and coordinate the resolution of incidents, ensuring minimal business impact and completion of root cause analyses for recurring issues.
  • Service Monitoring – Oversee overall application status, including end-of-day/week/month activities to ensure continuity and performance.
  • SLA Development & Management – Create SLAs for services/applications not currently covered, track compliance, and report on performance.
  • Service Status Reviews – Lead regular review sessions with stakeholders to assess service health and plan upcoming activities.
  • Budget Management – Contribute to the financial oversight of IT service delivery, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Vulnerability Management – Coordinate with security teams to plan and track remediation activities for identified vulnerabilities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with AWS cloud environments and migration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and frameworks.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing SLAs, budgets, and vulnerability remediation processes.
