Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Sustainability - Berlin
We are a rapidly growing company on a mission to scale sustainable solutions that reduce emissions, enhance resilience, and create long-term value across global supply chains. Our platform enables businesses to transition towards more sustainable practices while delivering measurable climate impact.
With strong financial backing and established partnerships with major industry leaders, we are expanding internationally and have already supported thousands of partners across Europe. Our solutions are recognised as a leading force for driving meaningful climate action at scale.
If you are passionate about building technology that enables real-world sustainability impact, this is your opportunity to shape the future.
Your Mission As CTO, you will be the strategic and technical leader driving our technology vision. You will ensure our platform is high-performing, resilient, and ready to scale, while leading the engineering organisation to deliver robust software systems and deeply embed data capabilities into our infrastructure and products.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to translate ambitious business goals into scalable architecture, actionable technology roadmaps, and high-performing teams. Together with our data function, you will ensure our technology stack enables advanced analytics, real-time services, and data-enriched applications that generate true customer value.
This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll shape the team, structure, and systems needed to bring bold product ideas to life. You will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence, ensuring technology becomes both an enabler for fast product iteration today and a driver of sustained innovation tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities
If you are excited about this role but don’t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply — you might be the perfect fit in ways you don’t yet realise.
