Helen joined Xcede in 2020 as our Sales Manager working across Design, UX and Project Delivery roles. In 2022, Helen was promoted to Associate Director. She has been recruiting in the Design space for over 8 years and managing teams for over 5 years, with a proven track record of placing exceptional candidates in a variety of organisations across industry sectors, from pioneering start-ups, to renowned digital agencies and household name brands. She is currently focused on contract recruiting for Product Design and UX roles across the UK and prides herself on relationship building and understanding her clients and candidates unique needs.
