Working policy: 60% on-site for the 1st 3 months. Flexibility after
Salary: €65,000 - €80,000 per annum.
About the job :
Recording and analyzing customer requirements in the Kubernetes environment
Creation and coordination of concepts for the development of developer platforms
Conducting customer workshops and strategy workshops to set up new or further develop existing platforms
Conducting customer workshops and strategy workshops about Platform Engineering
Communicating the impact of architectural decisions on platform usability and operational processes
Ensuring close collaboration with other evoila teams and understanding their concepts and solutions
Supporting sales by building and maintaining customer relationships
Ensuring a long-term and collaborative partnership with our customers
Implement the designed decision at customer side
Who you are :
University degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or maths or related subjects
Confident demeanor , analytical and conceptual skills, ability to work in a team and customer orientation
Experience in setting up, designing and operating Kubernetes-based platforms
Experience in integrating Kubernetes into existing business/enterprise environments
It would be optimal if …:
You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the cloud-native/Kubernetes/ DevSecOps domain.
You possess extensive expertise with at least 2 major cloud service providers and 3 Kubernetes on-premise distributions.
You can provide in-depth explanations of the advantages and disadvantages involved in establishing large multi-cloud environments (eg, AKS and Tanzu or GCP and Rancher).
You are capable of collaboratively developing a multi-cloud strategy with our customers, tailored to their specific requirements.
You have a profound understanding of the most commonly used cloud and on-premises infrastructure providers, including their architectural requirements and the architectural impact they have on the Kubernetes platform implemented on top of them.
You can lead enterprise-level workshops for our customers, using practical examples to illustrate how to design and build a private cloud (the correct way).
You can create a comparison matrix for the most critical Kubernetes tools and components, enabling data-driven decision-making (eg, CNI selection for a Kubernetes infrastructure with in-depth explanations of the pros and cons).
