Customer Marketing Analyst

About the Role: We are seeking a Customer Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to turning data into actionable insights. (Must have Marketing Analytics experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to drive business decisions using SQL and Tableau or Power BI
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports.
- Must have marketing analytics experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Communicate complex data concepts in a clear and effective manner to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in a STEM field.
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis and Tableau or Power BI visualization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in data modeling and business intelligence is a plus.
