Head of Cyber Security-remote

My client is looking for an experienced Head of Cyber Security to manage operations and strategy within the Cyber Security department.

Key requirements:

• Develop and Execute Cybersecurity Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and roadmap that aligns with the organization's business objectives.

• Lead and Mentor a Cybersecurity Team: Oversee and guide a cybersecurity team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that prioritizes meaningful impact over rigid policies.

• Drive Best Practices and Security Awareness: Champion the adoption of cybersecurity best practices and policies, adapting to emerging threats, and promoting security awareness across all departments.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with key stakeholders to secure early buy-in and commitment for security initiatives throughout the organization.

• Integrate Security into DevOps: Work closely with DevOps and IT teams to embed security measures into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure, promoting a DevSecOps approach.

• Enhance Team Efficiency with Agile: Implement Agile methodologies to boost team efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity services within set KPIs, timelines, and budget constraints.
