Regional Sales Manager Alpine
Xcede are currently partnered with an award-winning future unicorn cyber security vendor, focused within Multi Factor Authentication and Identity access management solutions.
Earlier this year my client raised Series D funding and as a result of this are now looking to expand their Central European sales function as a result of this we are looking for a Regional Sales Director to join in Austria, Southern Germany or Switzerland to cover the Alpine Region.
Responsibilities:
As the Regional Sales Director for the alpine region you will join as the first enterprise sales rep for the territory focused on hunting new business within enterprise accounts.
- Execute on the entire sales cycle end-to-end
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-Suite and decision markets
- Develop channel partner relationships to drive sales within a two-tier model
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, marketing and customer success teams to drive customer satisfaction
- Own quota to drive success
Requirements:
The successful candidate must be driven by hitting and overachieving quota's happy to work remotely within the region as the 1st boots focused on the Alpine region.
- At least 5 years experience selling enterprise software within cybersecurity
- Experience selling into the alpine region
- Willingness to learn and develop as the company grows
- Proven experience of hitting and overachieving quotas
- Startup experience is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English
