Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst

Location: Hybrid London

Salary: £70k + bonus + benefits

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in FP&A, modelling skills, and experience in accounting, budgeting, and finance reports in Power BI or similar. You will be responsible for analyzing large data sets from multiple sources, building models from scratch, and producing high-quality and accurate analysis to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze accounting, budgeting, and finance reports in Power BI or similar
  • Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting
  • Analyze large data sets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights
  • Produce high-quality and accurate analysis to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Continuously improve processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified CIMA/ACCA
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience within an FP&A role
  • Modelling experience - able to build models from scratch
  • Strong data analysis skills and an ability to manage large data sets from multiple sources
  • Excellent with Microsoft and Google Suite - Excel, Word, Sheets, Docs, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and work to tight deadlines
  • Results-driven with high attention to detail

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in Private Equity and B2B environments
  • NetSuite, Salesforce, and PowerBI experience
