VP of Product

Xcede are delighted to be working with a Healthtech start up worth close to $1 billion, which is constantly changing people's lives daily. Their app has a quarter of a million downloads, 50+ million monthly users and are always looking to grow; with the aim of being a health partner to 1 billion people!

They currently have 4 different product streams and are looking for a VP of Product to oversee their commercial team. The team itself consists of 7 Product Managers and focuses on new user onboarding and the ability to monetise the product. Their current paid subscribers are 3 million and as the VP in this stream, you will grow this number.

Some responsibilities of the role:

  • Responsibility of the strategy behind increasing the paid subscribers.
  • Setting and meeting targets, both short and long term.
  • Working cross functionally with the other product teams and different departments of the business, to increase monetisation.
  • Take ownership and definition of all tooling required to increase paid subscribers.
  • The ability to take on organisational requirements of your team, including hiring, if necessary, as well as coaching your team into future leaders.

Some requirements of the role:

  • Strong background in Product Management.
  • Experience working within a growth role, as well as being a leader.
  • Track record of the ability to monetise a product.
  • Experience of translating a planned strategy into a high-performance roadmap.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
  • Previous experience work in a fast-paced environment.
